Recruiting Analytics Case Study
This was a skills assessment completed as part of an interview process for a BI Lead role. The prompt involved two messy datasets — one from an ATS, one from an HRIS — that needed to be cleaned, joined, and transformed before anything useful could be built. The deliverable covered the full pipeline: data cleaning logic and assumptions, a recruiting dashboard, a KPI framework, and recommendations. The exercise was less about the visuals and more about whether I could get from raw data to something actionable.
